According to BGR, a 4-star rating indicates excellent products with technical features and performance that provide clear and substantial benefits. Harmonic’s DiviCom® Ion™ encoder earned a score of 3.5 diamonds, also considered outstanding. In last year’s ranking, Harmonic’s DiviCom Electra® 7000 high definition MPEG-4 AVC encoder received a perfect 5-diamond score, the first and only product to have ever received a top rating since the introduction of Diamond Technology Reviews in 2005.
